Class Kit Return Policy:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned within 30 days since the delivered date.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Once approved, we will be providing the return label and invoice for the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This also applies when you've received the kit for free from a promotion or an event.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • We won't be able to provide the return label for some kits depending on the supplier. These kits will need to be shipped directly to the address provided.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • You must report any damages or missing items within 30 days of receiving the kit. Otherwise, we will not be able to return & refund.

We do not accept the return of the following items:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are customized, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

  • Any item not in its original condition, used, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • If you are requesting a refund due to a problem with the kit itself and you wish to return or exchange it.
    - Returns and exchanges are possible only through the support center, and for a smooth refund process, be sure to prepare a photo of your current kit.
