<How to cancel and request refunds>

🟨Log into the CLASS101+ account linked to your subscription plan. Select the correct service account you intend to cancel the subscription.

  1. Please go to My Page by clicking your profile in the top right corner.


  2. Click "See plan" on the side menu left


  3. Click the "Cancel Auto Payment" button below.


  4. If you don't want to continue your subscription after your first year, you can click "Unsubscribe", so that you won't be charged for the next billing. If you request a refund, your current subscription will be terminated accordingly.


    Important Notice


    🟨If you do not use the content within 7 days, your annual full refund may be processed.

    🟨We are unable to offer full refunds on subscriptions after 7 days, so please be aware that a partial refund may be processed. If you have any concerns regarding your refund feel free to contact us at support@101.inc.

    🟨It may take 2-5 business days to receive the refund amount through the credit card company.

Refund Process


🟨 iPhone / iPad in-App purchase
Open my account -> check your purchases -> Go to "Report a Problem page" and sign in using your Apple ID -> Click "I'd like to request a refund" -> follow the instruction in the App.

  • You can request a refund for iOS on the 'My Account' screen of the PC version iTunes only. You cannot get a refund on a device such as iPhone or iPad.

You will get refunded through the Apple ID wallet once the refund process has been completed.

🟨Android in-App purchase

Open my account -> check your purchases -> Click "Request a refund"

  • After 2 hours of payment of the paid plan, the "Refund" button is deleted meaning your refund is not possible.

  • You can request a refund if it is within 48 hours from your PC version even after 2 hours of purchase.


Important Notice
 Please cancel your plan first and then request a refund.
