Restriction of Using Multiple devices with one account

You can log in from multiple devices with the same account (ID). However, CLASS101 restricts viewing on multiple devices with the same account (ID) to prevent illegal use through account sharing.

You can only watch 10 devices at the same time with one account, after which you are restricted from viewing, you will receive the following error message: The number of devices available may vary depending on the operational policy.

Video error message: "Too many devices are playing classes"

To watch a video on a device that has this error, please close the video on another device that you are not using.

If there are fewer than 10 devices playing at the same time and you still receive the above error message somehow, please contact the Global Support Team at 101global@101.inc.
