🟨 We will guide you on the auto-translate function provided by CLASS101+

Starting from 24th November 2022, you will be able to take auto-translated classes created overseas in Korean, English, and Japanese language. Currently, the auto-translation function is available in only some of the classes. However you will gradually be able to gain access to more auto-translated classes over time.

Notice

As the auto-translation is conducted by the AI algorithm, the quality of the translation may vary. In response to this, CLASS101 will monitor and improve the quality of the auto-translated subtitles.


🟨 Among the CLASS101+ contents, what are the elements that will be auto-translated?

1. The contents that will be auto-translated are as follows:

• Class details page (PDP: Product Detail Page)

• Class name, chapter title, lesson name

• Korean, English, Japanese class subtitles

• Class notes included in the class materials

2. The contents that will NOT be auto-translated are as follows:

• Attached files

• News


🟨How can I set the auto-translated Korean, Japanese, English subtitles?

How to set the auto-translated Korean, Japanese, English subtitles

1. Click on the [CC] button on the bottom right corner of the class player.

2. Among the provided subtitles, select your language of choice.


🟨If I want to send feedback on the auto-translated contents, what can I do?

If you wish to leave a feedback on problems that you came across while watching classes with the auto-translated subtitles such as parts that require correction, or classes that are impossible to understand with the provided subtitles, please fill out the form below:
