Why can't I get Subtitles on my iPad?

It's because your iPad caption setting is different from the CLASS101 player.

Please follow the instruction for your iPad caption setting:

Navigate to Settings > General > Accessibility. Under Hearing, tap Subtitles & Closed Captioning. Turn ON Closed Captions & SDH. Optional: tap Style to customize how closed captions display.

*Please turn on the caption on the CLASS101+ video.
