How Does Group Plan Work?

CLASS101 Group Plan is a shared subscription service launched in October 2023.

With Group Plan, you can invite friends and family to your group and and enjoy CLASS101+ subscription together.

Account Policy

  • Group Plan accounts are divided into “Manager” and “Member”. A manager account refers to the account where the payment information is registered. Member accounts are accounts invited by the manager account to join the group.

  • In Group Plan, members can enjoy up to 3 subscription accounts (excluding the manager account).

  • Each of the Group Plan accounts are eligle to view content from 1 device at a time and log in from up to 4 devices.

  • Once you use up all of the member invitations, you cannot add more members to your group for the remaining month. Member invitations will be renewed on the first day of each month and you will be provided with 3 invitations.

Managing Members

  • The manager account is the only account which can invite and remove member accounts. With member account, you can view fellow group members and leave the group at time of your choice.

  • Group Manager, the manager account holder, can create and share invitation links from the group plan menu.

Managing Payment

  • The manager account is the only account which can manage and/or alter payment details for the Group Plan, including billing, cancellation/refund, and payment method.

  • Withdrawal and/or cancellation of the Group Plan comply with the Article 2.5 of CLASS101 Terms of Use - Withdrawal and Cancellation. “Use of content” mentioned in the forementioned article refers to any usage of content from all accounts consisting the group, both manager and member.

  • In order to withdraw or cancel your Group Plan subscription, all group members except the manager need to leave or be removed from the group.
