You can use packages to sell more than a single session of a subject at a time. Packages can include multiple sessions and/or a validity period.
How to create a package
To create a package:
Navigate to the Catalog main menu, head to Packages, and click on Add Package on the top right of the screen.
Add the Package name and Display image (optional) for your package. Select your Package Type (One-time or Subscription), and enter the necessary details.
One-time Package
Number of sessions: Choose whether you want to provide Limited or Unlimited sessions. If you opt for Limited sessions, enter the number of sessions. If you wish to provide Make-up sessions, check the box, and enter the number of make-up sessions you wish to allow to students.
Price: Enter the price of the package (excluding tax). If you wish to enable Pro rata price adjustment, check the box for the same.
Limits:
Limit validity: You can toggle the limit validity button on to limit the time until which the package sessions can be utilized. Once this time lapses, the package sessions would not be valid. Validity can be limited:
By date: Select an End date, until which sessions can be utilized, from the calendar.
By date range: Set a time interval after which the package expires, from the Expires after drop-down menus. For example: 4 weeks, 1 year, etc.
Limit enrollment per week: Set the maxmium number of days per week a student can attend classes, from the dropdown.
Subscription Package
From the respective drop-down options, select the Billing cycle (Weekly or Monthly), Repeat invoice day and the End date for the subscription package.
Price per week: Choose between:
Price calculated by sessions enrolled: Enter the Price per session. If you wish to provide Make-up sessions, check the box and enter the number of make-up sessions you wish to allow.
Fixed price every week: Enter the fixed price per week. Choose whether you want Limited or Unlimited sessions. If you opt for Limited sessions, enter the number of sessions. If you wish to provide Make-up sessions, check the box and enter the number of make-up sessions you wish to allow.
Limits: To Limit enrollment per week, toggle the button on and ****set the maxmium number of days per week a student can attend classes from the drop-down.
3. After adding the aforementioned details under the desired package type, toggle the Publish online button on under Online booking. You could enter a Booking page description if you wish.
4. Under Includes, enter the required details under the following tabs:
Subjects: Select the Subject you wish to include in the package from the drop-down options, and add its Duration. Click on the Add subject button to include multiple subjects in the same package.
Add-ons: Add-ons are products that will be recommended to customers while purchasing the package online. Click the Add product button and select the product from the drop-down list. You can toggle the ‘Mandatory’ switch on to make the product a compulsary inclusion while purchasing the package.
Registration fees: Click on the Add fee button to add a registration fee to the package.
⚠️ Registration fees would only be shown in the drop-down options if previously added. To add a registration fee, navigate to Catalog > Registration fees > Add fee.
Once you’ve filled all the details, click on Create.
