Online Booking Page

Set up a customizable branded booking page that showcases your classes, one-on-ones, packages, courses, team, and about us sections.

Every Classcard account gives you a branded booking page – a micro-website that is accessible to the public and showcases your classes, packages, one-on-ones, and more.

To customize your booking URL:

  1. Navigate to the Online Bookings menu on the left side of the screen, and click on Settings.

  2. In the Booking URL section, type your desired name for the Booking page URL, and click on save.

Your booking page can showcase:

Classes

Classes published online for sale (publishing classes online) will display on your online booking page under the heading Classes.


One-on-ones

Subjects, that you select for one-to-one bookings, are published on your online booking page. These can be scheduled for one-on-one classes with staff members depending on their availability.


Packages

Publish your packages (Creating a package) on your online booking page under the heading Packages.

Courses

Bundle files together and publish them as a course on your online booking page under the heading Courses.


Team

In the Online Bookings menu under the section Subpages, you can click on the Team checkbox and click Save. A subpage named Team would be visible on your online booking page where all your team members would be displayed with the subjects they’re accounted for.

The leads/students can directly book classes listed under Subjects with the desired staff member.

👉 To add a description for a staff member, head to the staff’s profile, and under the heading ‘biography’ click on Edit and add an ‘About’. The same will be shown under the staff’s name.


About us

In the Online Bookings menu under the section Subpages, you can click on the About us checkbox.
Enter a brief description of your institution, or vision/ mission statements and click save. A subpage with the heading, ‘About us’ would be visible on your online booking page with the description.
