Except for the default payment modes: Cash, Cheque, Debit/Credit cards, Classcard also allows you to add alternate payment modes. You can now add and manage payment modes while recording payments, by following these simple steps:
1. While recording a payment, you can select any one of the exisiting Payment modes from the button grid.
2. To add a new payment mode, you can click on the Manage button on the grid. The Manage payment modes box appears.
3. Under the listed ‘Default modes’, you can edit the Custom modes by changing the names of the payment options or deleting them. You can also click on +Add custom payment mode and fill in the details, which are auto-updated.
You can change the order of the Custom modes by clicking on the six dots on the left side of the boxes and dragging them up and down.
