Why you may have to update your availability again in the new version

Did you update your availability well into the future before we upgraded the ClassCover system? You may have to update again. 

During migration, there was an enormous amount of data that was required to be migrated across from Version 1 to Version 2. Unfortunately, due to the size of migrating every individual availability date for over 50,000 teachers, we simply could not bring it across.  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You can login via the app or browser version to do this.  

Please note: If updating via the browser version, please ensure you are doing this via a desktop and not your phone for better user experience. We will be fixing the calendar view on the browser version for mobile soon) 

 

Why is it important to update your availability? 

Be reliable to schools by keeping your availability updated weekly... 

Failure to update on a regular basis may result in a school not including you in their booking requests. 

It only takes a minute, so make a habit out of it! Create a reminder on your phone for Sunday afternoon to update your ClassCover profile.
