How can I enable them?

Go to 'Classes' > 'Trials':

Then open 'Settings' in the Trial Tab:

There, tick 'Enable Trial Reminders' under 'Trials Email Reminders':

And 'Save' all changes after.

Your trialling customers will receive notifications a day before their trial lessons:
