Prerequisites
Relay Classroom is supported for the Google Chrome (version 69+) and Microsoft Edge browsers.NOTE — Support for Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox is not available at this time.
Chrome browsers must have Google Administrative Templates (ADM) installed.
We recommend installing Windows 10- build 1809 on your workstations. This version includes features to mass-deploy the extension by Group Policy Object (GPO) and the disable students from removing the Classroom extension. See Step 2 (Windows)- Deploy the Classroom for Windows Agent for more details.
Your Windows Group Policy (GPO) Server must have Windows 10 – build 1809 installed with ADMX templates.
Enable Screenshots in the Google Admin Console.
The following outbound ports must be open on your network:
TCP/UDP-443 to communicate to the cloud servers
TCP/UDP-3478 to share and broadcast screens
TCP-5349 to share and broadcast screens
UDP- 10,000-60,000 to share and broadcast screens
