Can teachers create groups?
​Groups must be created in Relay by your Relay Administrator.

How do I set up Bell Schedules?
​Your Relay Administrator will need to set up Bell Schedules in Relay.  Once the Bell Schedule has been created, you can set it in Class Settings.

Can I add students manually?
​You can! Go to Class Settings > Add Students. Click here for more info.

Students are able to access the internet, even though I set Web Rules to No Browsing.
​This can happen if your class overlaps with another teacher's class schedule(s).

Students are able to remove the lock screen if they reboot their machine.
The Lock Screen is intended for short-term locking (5 minutes).  If you would like to lock the students from browsing, we suggest using Web Rules.
