What should I do if a parent of my student cannot log into SchoolStatus Connect?

Actions to take if a parent has trouble logging in.

If a parent reports that he/she cannot log into SchoolStatus Connect, the best action to take is to reset the password. Please ask the parent to go here to reset the password. 

Alternatively, if you would like SchoolStatus Connect to reset the parent’s password on his/her behalf, please send an email to support-ct@schoolstatus.com with the parent’s name and credential (email address or mobile number) with the preferred password to use.
