SchoolStatus Connect will now embed a video when a link is added from YouTube, Vimeo, or other video sites. This can be done via Announcements, Stories, Activities, or even when you engage in 1:1 or group conversations (messages).
It is super easy to do this. Simply insert the URL of the video in your message and SchoolStatus Connect will automatically replace the link with a video player. Then, members of your classroom can click and watch the video directly in SchoolStatus Connect!
Note: The video player will only show up after the Announcement, Story, Activity or message has been sent and not during creation. Here's a sample:
