ClassTag Administrators would need to get a list of families that are not yet connected or no longer logging in or engaging on their ClassTag accounts. ClassTag has launched a new reporting tool that is called “At Risk Report” to help Administrators to focus on these families and get them onboard and more engaged on ClassTag.

At Risk Report is similar to Family Engagement Report with two differences:

  1. There is no time element. It only shows the data based on the current date.

  2. It doesn’t show the positive connection states (e.g., Active 21 days, Active 14 days, Active 7 days). It only shows the negative at-risks states and gives more information why a student is falling into any of the following categories.

How to see the At Risk Report

1. Make sure that you are on the District Page. A good indicator that you are looking at the District Page is the dark blue banner on top.

2. If you are not sure that you are on the District Page, click on three lines on the upper right hand side.

3. Choose your District name.

4. Click “Reports”. It will open another window to show the reports.

5. Click the triangle with an exclamation point icon on the left side panel.

At Risk Report Overview

When the At Risk Report page is opened, a page similar to below will show up.

At Risk Report Definition of Terms

No Contacts

Student was added in the Directory but with no parent contact information

Pending

Invitation has already been sent out but the parent did not accept or has not joined ClassTag

Unreachable

Has an invalid credential (email address or mobile number) or has blocked ClassTag for sending them notifications

Unresponsive

Has a valid credential but no activity in their account in the last 21 days or more

At Risk Report Filters

Similar to Connection Health Report, the At Risk Report also has a few filters to narrow down the list. There are four ways to filter the report.

Guardians

Based on the number of guardians assigned to each student

Notifications

SMS, Email, Push, None

Languages

List of languages that were chosen by all parents

Segments

District Name, School Name, Class Name

NOTE:

The report can also be filtered using the Connection Health status. On the right side of the graph, hover your mouse to the status and toggle the button to turn it on or off.

At Risk Report Table

A couple of notes:

  • For Communications column, the bell indicates the # of Events and the horn indicates the # of Announcement sent to the student’s parents.

  • For the Connection Health column, please refer to At Risk Definition of Terms.

Exporting the At Risk Report

The list of families will be shown as a table, just below the graph. By default, only the first 10 rows will be shown but it can be changed to show 25 or 50 rows by clicking on the drop-down icon on the lower left side of the page.

To export the data to a .csv file, click the Export button on the lower right side of the page.
