Job title: Lead Adviser
Location: Remote
Terms: 3-4 hours a week for 10 months
Rate: Per hour
The ClassTag team is looking for experienced ClassTag users, who have a passion for cultivating a positive and engaging community and providing meaningful content for educators, within our Facebook community.
Qualifications
Current Educator
Have a Facebook account
Current user of ClassTag with a high level of product knowledge
Strong communication skills
Strong command of the English language
Positive, upbeat, and willing to learn
Passionate about parent engagement and school community
Good time management skills
Comfortable with learning new technologies
Customer service experience
Comfortable with feedback

Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Lead Adviser, you will be responsible for:
Managing and coordinate two FB group communities 2-3 times a week
Coordinating, create and share meaningful content
Fostering an engaging and positive community
Meeting weekly with ClassTag team to review
Coordinating with Advisers and Certified Advisers to create Professional Development content for Adviser and Educator’s Lounge
Promoting and certifying Advisers
