In order to provide additional help to District Leaders in measuring how their teachers are effectively using ClassTag and utilizing all its features, ClassTag has introduced what we call a Teacher Effectiveness Report. This aims to show the list of teachers who have been active in using ClassTag and the list of teachers who might need help and guidance in using the platform.

Teacher Effectiveness is measured by the amount of communications a teacher sends every week and their read rate. The report can be edited to show the District, School, and Classroom-level data.

How to see the Teacher Effectiveness Report

1. Click the three lines on the upper-left side of the screen.

2. Click the District name.

3. Click “Reports.”

4. Click the “Teacher Effectiveness Report” button.

Teacher Effectiveness Report Overview

a. Top Active Teachers

This lists the top 5 teachers who sent two or more communications for the greatest number of weeks during the current school year.

b. Top Inactive Teachers:

This lists the 5 teachers who sent two or more communications for the least number of weeks during the current school year.

This shows the percentage of the teachers who sent 2 or more communications for the past 7 days. The Average Read Rate shows the total percentage of parent engagement over the number of parents across all classrooms.
