Resetting the password on ClassTag is very easy! Please follow these steps:

Using your desktop computer

  1. Go to ClassTag, click the blue “Log In button” on the upper right side of the page.
  2. Click on the “Forgot Password?” button. A pop-up window similar to below will show up.

3. Enter your email address or mobile number then click “Reset Password.

4. You will receive an email or SMS with the instructions on how you can reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password.

5. Enter the new password and click “Change My Password”.

You’re all set! You have successfully changed your password and can now log in on your account.

Using your mobile phone

  1. Open the mobile app and click on the “Forgot Password?” button.

2. Enter your email address or mobile number then click “Reset Password.

3. You will receive an email or SMS with the instructions on how you can reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password.

4. Enter the new password and click “Change My Password”.

You’re all set! You have successfully change your password and can now log in on your account.
