Making it Easy for Your Team

If you run multiple locations on Clava, you can make things easier for your front desk staff by setting up their profiles with a default location. This will automatically show them the right classes, courses, and products for their specific location when they log in. Check your location is set for the correct gym.

If you are a multi site operator, you can edit the global POS settings via Settings > Point of Sale.

Key Things to Remember

  • The Point of Sale will always record all items in the cart to the sales ledger of the selected location.

  • You cannot sell items from multiple locations in a single transaction and have each item recorded to its respective location's sales ledger.
