If you’re thinking about paying off your loan early or just want to understand how much is left to pay, you can request a settlement figure at any time. This is a quote that tells you the exact amount needed to fully repay your loan, including any interest due up to the settlement date.

We’ve made it easy for you to get this information in just a few steps.

Option 1: Request Through the App

The quickest and easiest way to request your settlement figure is through the app. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account via the app.

  2. Head to your Loan Details section.

  3. Select 'Make a payment'

  4. Look for the option to ‘Pay off loan in full’.

  5. Choose why you want to settle your loan early

  6. Tap to submit request.

Once you’ve done this, a settlement quote will be sent to your registered email address—usually within 24 hours. The email will include the total amount to settle your loan and the date by which payment needs to be made.

Option 2: Request via Chat

Prefer speaking to someone? No problem—you can also request your settlement figure through our in-app chat.

  1. Open the chat function in the app.

  2. Send a quick message saying something like, “Hi, I’d like to request a settlement figure.”

  3. One of our friendly team members will pick it up and submit the request on your behalf.

  4. You’ll then receive the settlement quote by email and chat, just as you would through the app.
