If you’re outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, you can still repay your loan early, in full, at any time with no early repayment fees.
Requesting a settlement figure
You can request a settlement figure directly in the app. The settlement amount is valid for the day you request it. If you decide not to pay on the same day, you can simply request a new settlement figure when you’re ready.
To request a settlement:
Open the app
Go to Your Loan
Tap Make a Payment
Select Pay off your loan in full
Your settlement figure will then be shown in the app.
Making your payment
Once you’ve requested your settlement, you can make a one-off payment using the bank account details provided in the app.
