Is my bank supported?
Before troubleshooting any connection errors, it is important to check if your bank is supported by Open Banking. You can do this by visiting our website and checking our list of supported banks. If your bank is not on the list, unfortunately, you will not be able to connect your account at this time.
Common connection errors
If your bank is supported but you are still seeing errors when trying to connect your account, it is possible that there is a temporary issue with your bank's connection. We understand how frustrating this can be, but rest assured that these issues are usually resolved quickly. Try again in about an hour and the issue usually resolves itself.
