Sorry that you're having trouble getting into the app.
Please try tapping 'Log off' in the top right corner and then attempt to log in again as normal. Also, make sure you're using the same email address you registered with, as we’ve found that some users accidentally try logging in with a different one.
If that doesn’t work, you can try resetting your password by following these steps:
Step 1: Open the Kravings App on your device. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
Step 2: Enter the email address linked to your Kravings account, then tap "Send reset link" or "Continue."
Step 3: Check your email inbox for a message from Kravings with the subject "Reset your Kravings password." If it’s not there, please check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4: Tap the link in the email to open a secure page. Enter your new password, confirm it, and tap "Reset." Choose a password that is secure and easy for you to remember.
Step 5: Once your password has been reset, return to the app and log in using your updated credentials.
