How to change the account details for my Direct Debit in the app

How to let us know in the app that you have changed bank account for your Direct Debit

Step 1: Open Loan Details

  1. Open the Kravings App and log in to your account.

  2. Locate your active loan (example below "Dream Vacation").

  3. Scroll down and select "Update payment details" from the available options.

Step 2: Choose Update Method

  1. You'll be prompted to update your bank details.

  2. Choose how you’d like to proceed:

    • "Connect New Account" – This option links your bank account automatically. Then you go straight to step 4 and 5 to completed the account amendment.

    • "I’ll enter my details manually" – Choose this if you prefer to enter your new bank details manually.


Step 3: Enter New Bank Details

If you selected the manual option, you will be asked to provide your new banking details:

  • Select your bank (e.g., Revolut).

  • Enter your Account Name ( This should be you full name)

  • Enter your Account Number and Sort Code.

  1. Once you've entered the correct information, tap "Done."

Step 4: Final Confirmation

  1. Review the Direct Debit Terms provided.

  2. Confirm that the account is in your name, registered to your address, and accepts Direct Debits.

  3. Tap "Confirm Direct Debit Terms" to finalise the process.

Step 5: Confirm Direct Debit Agreement

  1. You will now need to review and confirm your new Direct Debit details.

  2. Check the following confirmations:
    ✅ You have read and agree to the Direct Debit agreement.
    ✅ You confirm you are the account holder of the entered bank details.
    ✅ You confirm that you are the only person required to authorise direct debits.

  3. Tap "Confirm" to proceed.

✅ Success!

Your Direct Debit details have now been successfully updated 🎉. Your next payment will be collected from the new account if due after 5 days.
