Whether we approve your application or not will depend on a number of other factors. We'll be asking you questions during your application about your home
We will only complete a soft search during your application, so there is no impact on your credit file.
If you are offered a loan and choose to accept it, we will then register a hard search on your credit file. As a responsible lender, we need to run these checks before you can receive your loan.
