The Clear Food Score is determined by the glucose pattern in the two hours after ingestion. We then look specifically at the increase in glucose compared to the moment of eating. A sharp rise as well as a prolonged period of higher glucose levels are both undesirable. We can translate this result into a value and the higher this value, the worse the Food Score. Finally, we correct the Food Score for your individual pattern, so that the scores are personal. We consider a score of 70 or higher to be a good response.
