A paid renewal changes nothing: your service keeps running. This article is for a payment that is late, and for a subscription you cancelled coming to its end.

If a renewal is late

Your service keeps running for up to three days after the renewal date. Automation says Your renewal has not been paid, with the time by which the payment must go through. To keep it running, update your payment method under Subscriptions: see Payment method and invoices.

If it is still unpaid at that time

Your service closes your open positions and switches your agents off, and it stops a few minutes later. Automation says Your automation has been stopped, and if you get notices on Discord, one says Automation Stopping — Renewal Not Paid.

Once you have paid

  • Your service starts again by itself within ten minutes. To start it straight away, press Start: see Start and stop your service.

  • Your agents stay switched off until you switch them on, so turn on the ones you want trading.

  • It keeps its address, and your connections and limits are kept.

When a subscription you cancelled ends

There are no extra days for a cancelled subscription. When it ends, your service stops there and then, and it does not close your positions first. Close them yourself before the end date. After that, the service no longer appears in Automation. See Cancel your subscription.
