If you have recently booked a shipment on Freightos.com and did not specify a customs broker or opted to work with Clearit, an account was automatically created for you on Clearitusa.com
In order to access your account as well as your Clearit service tickets,, please follow the password reset instructions below:
From The Clearit homepage (https://www.clearitusa.com) select "My Account" in the top right hand side of the screen
2. On the login screen, under "existing clients", select "Forgot Password"
3. On the password recovery page, enter the email address used on your Freightos registration and click submit
4. Check your email and follow the instructions to set your new password.
