Our submission guidelines are designed to assist new and existing contributors with what is expected when submitting products to our marketplace. To maintain a high standard of quality, our review team evaluates all submissions against these criteria. If a product doesn't meet our standards, corrections will need to be made based on the feedback before resubmission. However, additional issues might arise during subsequent reviews, even after initial problems are addressed.

1. Content Restrictions

1.1 General Standards

  • Professional Quality: Products should exhibit high-quality design, functionality, and marketing presentation.

  • You must be the original creator or have the legal rights to sell, re-distribute and use the content you are selling.

  • If your product is whitelisted or has a database tied authentication system, you must inform your customer at the top of the product description, along with clear instructions on how to activate or authenticate any products.

  • Originality: Do not replicate popular games, tutorials, or found content without significant improvement.

  • AI-Aided Content: Ensure AI-generated assets add significant value, are error-free, and don't violate copyrights. Disclose AI usage in marketing data.

  • No Promotions: Profiles, products, and marketing material must not directly advertise other marketplaces.

  • Error-Free: Packages shouldn't cause errors after setup. Disclose and document exceptions.

  • Dependencies: Include only essential dependencies and list all requirements in the product description and documentation.

  • Clear Communication: Titles, descriptions, and documentation should be free of excessive errors and clearly convey the product's value.

  • Language: Provide all relevant text in English first, with optional secondary translations.

  • Size Limits: Keep submissions under 100 Megabytes.

  • Demo Scenes: Include relevant demonstration content to showcase assets' capabilities.

  • All files must be delivered in zip format. Text files, or alternative file types are not accepted.

  • Security: Avoid insecure content or features that might compromise user safety.

2. Product Organization

2.1 Content Organization

  • Root Folder: Organize all content under a single root folder, with clearly named subfolders by asset type or relationship.

  • No Duplicates: Remove duplicate or redundant files.

  • File Paths: Keep file paths under 140 characters to prevent usability issues.

  • Resubmissions: Don't submit previously rejected content without modification.

3. Marketing Standards

3.1 Description Accuracy

  • Ensure your description comprehensively covers features, dependencies, and usage requirements.

  • Clearly list the technical specifications for art and audio assets, including the number of unique elements, polygon counts, and texture dimensions.

3.2 Marketing Images

  • Key Images: Use images that accurately represent the product without excessive text or promotional graphics.

  • Screenshots: Include relevant screenshots to help users visualize the product's features.
