In click you have the option to download your account data at any time.
This includes all of your business, personal and client information that has been added to your Click account at any time.
To access this setting go to the Account section on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
From here choose Your Subscription along the top.
Then scroll down to the Account Information section.
Once you have clicked on the Download Data button there will be a pop up that will explain the next steps.
The extract itself may take some time to put together depending on the volume of data stored within your Click system.
You may wish to set aside some time to do this outside of business hours as once the process has started you will be unable to access Click.
Once your extract is complete a file will be saved on your computer which will have all of your Click data.
