The Conversion Report provides a detailed view of your conversions. It combines headline KPI cards with interactive tables, card views and flexible filters so you can inspect each transaction and analyse commission performance without jumping between multiple screens.
Open the Conversion Report
Sign in to Clickfire and choose Conversion report in the left‑hand navigation.
The page opens with three headline widgets on top, followed by a data area that you can view as a table or cards.
Headline widgets – instant KPIs
Commission - total commission earned in the selected period.
Sale amount - combined gross value of all tracked orders.
Conversions - number of orders.
Widgets update instantly whenever you change the date range.
Choose your view
Table – Need sortable rows, quick CSV export or custom column layout.
Cards – Prefer a visual overview or want to scan statuses on small screens.
Use the list / grid toggle in the upper‑right corner to switch views.
Individual conversions vs Weekly summary
In Cards View, below the widgets you will find two tabs:
Individual conversions - every order as a separate row/card for granular analysis.
Weekly summary - aggregates commission, sales and conversion count by calendar week so you can spot longer‑term trends immediately.
Filter the data
Click Filter to open the side panel. You can combine several criteria:
Commission range - minimum / maximum commission value.
Sale amount range - minimum / maximum order value.
Select period - presets for 7 / 14 / 30 days, last month, last 3 / 6 months, or build a custom range.
Approval status - Approved, Pending or Rejected.
Show or hide columns (Table view)
Click Columns and tick/untick the fields you need – for example Referrer, Sub ID 1/2 or Currency. Your selection is stored per browser.
Download a CSV
In Table view, press Download .csv to export the currently visible result set (respecting filters, columns and date range). The file is UTF‑8 encoded and ready for spreadsheets or BI tools.
Inspect a single conversion
Click any ID in the first column (or tap View details in Card view) to open the Conversion details screen.
You will see:
General information - order ID, click ID, tracking method, new vs returning customer.
Affiliates - account manager and Sub IDs.
Commission - rate, amount and currency.
Transaction details - item‑level breakdown with quantity, pricing and article numbers.
