You can add parameters to your widget code, depending on the product widget type.

Available parameters:

data (= overwrites widget content)
lng (=overwrites language)
ref (= setting referrer tracking on or off)

Go to Output (JavaScript) in the widget settings, check the selcted type and copy & paste the code:

<div id="cf-productswidget-3" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/2vX6nyEqaIaXEoZEXvIsjg2"></script>

[just an example - do not use this code!]

You can overwrite this link with the mentioned parameters described below. If you are using the exact same widget several times on page, use "Target-Element" (check Case 4 at the end of this article).

Data parameters:
If selected widget type is "Selected Products"
data=[insert:article number]
e.g.: data=100049, 100043
→ widget will give you exact those products.

If selected widget type is "Category"
data=[insert:category]
e.g.: data=Baritones
→ widget will give you baritone products ranked by top seller.

If selected widget type is "Brand"
data=[insert:brand]
e.g.: data=Harley+Benton
→ widget will give you Harley Benton products ranked by top seller.

If selected widget type is "Searched Products"
data=[insert:search term]
e.g.: data=Fender+SQ+Affi

Referrer parameter is either or 0 or 1 (false or true)

Depending if referrer tracking is in use or not:

Not in use: ref=0
In use: ref=1

Language parameters:
German (lng=de)
French (lng=fr)
English (lng=en)
Spanish (lng=es)
Italian (lng=it)
Dutch (lng=nl)

Case 1: Change products, change language to German, referrer tracking in use
Widget type= Selected Products. Start with ? and combine parameters with &.

<div id="cf-productswidget-3" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script ">src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/2vX6nyEqaIaXEoZEXvIsjg2?data=100049,100043&lng=de&ref=1"></script>

Case 2: Change category, referrer tracking not in use
Widget type= Category. Start with ? and combine parameters with &. Category titles can be combined with +.

<div id="cf-productswidget-8" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/sGIsBhOIdCrGRum7vcMeeA2?data=Drum+Hardware+Parts&ref=0"></script>

Case 3: Change searched products, change language to Spanish, referrer tracking in use
Widget type=Serached Products. Start with ? and combine parameters with &. Search terms can be combined with +.

<div id="cf-productswidget-8" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script ">src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/sGIsBhOIdCrGRum7vcMeeA2?data=Fender+SQ+Affi&lng=es&ref=1"></script>

Case 4: Product widget will be used several times on page.
Make sure to add a Target Element and place it in the link in each widget code. When adding manually use: ?target=[insert term]

For example, the exact same widget is placed two times on the page

→ add the ?target parameter to each code and use different naming.

Code 1:
<div id="cf-productswidget-8" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script ">src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/sGIsBhOIdCrGRum7vcMeeA2?data=Fender+SQ+Affi&lng=es&ref=1&target=widget1"></script>

Code 2:
<div id="cf-productswidget-8" class="cf-productswidget"></div>
<script ">src="https://thomann.clickfire.de/Creatives/GetProductsWidgetJS/sGIsBhOIdCrGRum7vcMeeA2?data=Fender+SQ+Affi&lng=es&ref=1&target=widget2"></script>
