Guide - Submit a Request
Once logged in, select the Requests module from the main menu.
Click on the +Request button.
Add *required fields to the New Requests form then all other optional fields.
Upload Images - add files/docs/images about the request
*Title -what the request is about
Description - details or message passed to maintenance team
Email Notifications - toggle on
to get email updates when:
Confirmation of new request submitted
Request declined or put on hold and comment on why
Approved request with the link and details
Any status change to the work order from an approved request
Request comment is sent from tech on work order related to request
Priority - level of importance or severity
Location - where the work needs to be done
Asset - equipment that needs to be fixed
Category - group or department
Needed by - date work should be completed by
Assign to - technician to do the job
Vendor - outside contractor
4. Hit the Save button.
The request is now ready to be managed, meaning it can be approved, declined, or put on-hold by an Admin User.

Requester Users can view all Requests but only edit their own while in Pending status. |
Guide - View Request

Log in and select the Requests Module from the main menu.
Click on the name of any request to open and view all information submitted.
Click the X to close the request.
Don't forget to click on the Settings icon to customize the columns and view the settings of the module.

Log in and select the Requests Module from the main menu.
Click on the name of your request you want to edit, while in Pending status, to open the Request form.
Click on the Edit button to open the Edit Request form.
Click in the fields to make your changes.
Click Save to keep changes or Discard Changes to cancel.
Guide - Communicate
When you submit a request, make sure you turn on the notification to get updates and get comments about the work order linked to your request. If you didn't initially, edit the request to turn notifications on.
Once approved and it becomes a work order, Technicians can opt to send Request Comments on the work order. You get a notice if they do.
Go into the Request module, use the quick filters to locate the Approved request, to communicate back.
Click on the name of the request to open.
Click on the Add Comment button,
Type message in the Add Comment window.
Hit Save and the message is sent to the related work order for the tech to see.
