Guide - Create a New Portal
From Admin Settings, open the Manage Modules tab.
From the Settings section, select Requester Portals.
3. Click on the +Request Portal button to open the New Request Portal form.
4. Add the *mandatory and optional fields of information to the form.
Upload Images - any photo, doc, or file to display on the portal page
*Title - unique name to identify portal
Description - internal notes or information about the portal
Welcome Text - a greeting displayed on the Requester Portal page
Instructions - information displayed on the portal page requesters might need
*Entity - facility associated with this portal, which requests can be made for
Toggle on"Enable Email Intake" to create a unique email address people can use to submit a request
Allow Anonymous Requesters - toggle on so no requester contact information is required
Required Contact Information - if Allow Anonymous Requester is turned off, choose which contact fields are mandatory to fill in when submitting a request on the open portal form.
5. Hit Save. The portal information jumps to the list view.
Guide - Edit Existing Portal
From the Admin Settings module, click the Manage Modules tab, then under Settings, select Request Portal.
Click the name of the portal that you want to edit, to open the Request Portal card.
Hit Edit in the top right corner of the Requester Portal card to open the Edit Request Portal form.
Click any field in the form to modify.
Hit the Save button once you are done.
Guide - Share Portal Link, Portal Email, or QR Code
Select Admin Settings from the main menu, then select the Manage Modules tab.
From the Settings section, click on the Request Portals.
There are three ways to share the open portal so people can submit a request without logging in.
Portal Link
To quickly share the portal URL with Requesters from, simply select Copy Link in any row of the Request Portal list view.
Portal EMail
Click on the copy icon from the Portal Email column, then share the email address. This allows people to simply send in the request via email with the Subject as the request title and the Body as the request description. Learn more about portal email here.
QR Code
Click on a portal name to open the Request Portal card. Click on the Download QR Code button to save to your computer then print. Then, physically put printed QR codes at locations convenient to requesters. See more about Print Portal QR Code guide here.
The email address and portal link is also available when you click on the portal name to open the detail card.
