How to move around the Click Maint CMMS mobile app.

The mobile app has the following modules:

  • Work Orders

  • Assets

  • Requests

  • QR Codes

  • Account

Users log in and arrive at the Work Orders module. Tap on any module icon from the Menu bar along the bottom to open it. Moving around each module is similar.

The experience in the mobile app varies based on the type of User role and permissions.

Work Orders

  • Filter - click the filter icon in the top right to narrow your WO search.

    • Select specifics from the dropdowns, then hit Apply Filter.

    • Click Clear to cancel filters and X to go back.

  • Viewing Options - switch between all Work Orders or PMs (Preventive) WOs.

  • Search -enter a keyword search in the Search field to find specifics.

  • Work Order - tap on a WO to open, edit, and complete.

    • Use the back arrow in the top left to get back to all WOs

    • Use the Edit icon at the top right to open and modify the work order

    • Quickly change the status from the Status dropdown

    • Tap on different WO tabs on the work order to view details

    • Click Start Timer to calculate work time as a technician

  • Create New WOs - click the + button to open and fill in the New WO form

    • Fill in all the mandatory fields and any other optional

    • Click Attach File to allow camera or file access from your mobile

    • Tap on Scan QR if you have a barcode system

    • Hit Save to keep the new WO

    • Click Cancel to discard and go back

Assets

  • Filter - use the filter icon in the top right to search for specifics from dropdown menus.

  • Search - enter keyword in the Search field to find specific assets

  • Asset - Click on an Asset name to open and view asset details. Use the Edit icon to modify asset information.

  • Add New Asset - click on the + button to open the New Asset form and enter new asset information in the system. Don't forget to hit Save.

Requests

  • Filter Icon - use the filter icon in the top right to search for specifics from dropdown menus.

  • Search - enter keyword in the Search field to find specifics.

  • Request - tap on a request to open details and Approve, Decline, or put On-Hold. Use the Edit icon to modify request information.

  • Add New Asset - click on the + button to open the New Asset form and enter new asset information in the system. Don't forget to hit Save.

QR Codes

  • Tap on the QR Code icon in the bottom menu bar. This opens your mobile camera, which scans the QR Code and allows you to:

  • Create a Work Order

  • Create a Request

  • View Detail screen associated to a QR Code

Account

Click on the Account icon to

  • Sign Out

  • Change Entities

  • Delete your account from the app. This doesn't delete you as a User from the system.
