RingResponse allows users to extend their existing phone functionality to enable features like inbound IVR queues, local presence dialing, voice mail drops, call recordings, and lead screen pops.  Before you start building Call Flows, obtaining Local Presence Numbers and assigning Call Groups, consider the following.

  • Perhaps you want to purchase local numbers for mostly outbound dialing? Consider which states your company is working for local presence dialing and how you may want to segment your leads across your team. Perhaps you have a combination of receiving inbound calls and conducting outbound dialing? Maybe you have a team of Customer Service Agents which qualify leads and transfers to a pool of available agents?

  1. After you consider your business needs, enable RingResponse for ClickPoint.

  2. Enable RingResponse configuration permissions for an administrator user.

  3. Build Call Flows to handle things like Inbound IVR, Call Backs or Call Transferring.

  4. Introduce RingResponse to your sales team with this collection of helpful guides.

  5. View usage and pay for minutes from the Billing Page
