Overview:
This feature lets admins set up dynamic sales scripts tailored to each record/lead type. These scripts guide users with branching logic and personalized content (using lead fields). Navigate to More → Settings → Step 1: Create Lead Fields → Script under the desired record/lead type.
Key Functionality:
Script Layout / Starting Segment: The entry point of your script tree structure.
Responses / Segments: Create branching paths or questions that lead to different next steps.
Dynamic Fields Insertion: Insert lead fields (like FirstName, LastName) into script text, which auto-populate per lead.
Drag & Drop Segment Ordering: Reorder segments visually in a tree structure to control script flow.
Save / Edit / Extend: Save segments as you build; continue expanding branches as needed.

Using Dynamic Fields
Beneath the editor box, you’ll see lead fields. Click to insert fields like FirstName, LastName, etc., which will dynamically populate per lead.
This enables personalized and context-aware scripts for users.
Building & Reordering Segments
Once you have segments, click Save.
Continue adding branches or steps using Add Response.
Reorder segments by dragging them in the script tree—this sets the conversational flow.
Best Practices:
Think of this as a question and answer process while speaking with a potential customer or lead. Think about what questions your Users need to ask a lead in order to move them through the sales process.
The script system is completely dynamic. You can drive meaningful conversations from every potential lead. You can also greatly reduce the time it takes to get a new User off the ground by providing them with a dynamic script. The User will see and have access to these Scripts while using the Pull and Power Dial features. While adding the segment notice the lead fields below the editor box, this personalizes the script by lead. The lead fields are clickable and will display in the text written. For instance, select FirstName or LastName lead fields and the lead data will populate in the script for a more personalized touch when speaking to the customer and allows the User to have all information needed in one place.
Once a segment is created click Save (6), you can build from here and add more segments.
Within Script Layout, once segments are built, you can grab and move those segments to build out step by step process for the scripts displaying as a script tree with multiple branches.
Troubleshooting:
Script doesn’t show up in Pull / Power Dial
→ Ensure you built and saved at least the Starting Segment and connected branches.Dynamic fields don’t insert properly or show blank
→ Confirm mapping exists for the lead field in your record type (i.e. the field is active and populated).Segments can’t be moved / ordering not taking effect
→ Ensure Save is clicked after drag/drop, and refresh the script tree view.Script flow gets broken / dead ends
→ Validate each response path is correctly linked; check for missing branch connections.
