Overview:
This feature allows administrators to add users who can access the Do Not Contact (DNC) Portal, typically external or limited-access users who don’t need full ClickPoint access but should be able to manage DNC entries. Navigate to More → Settings → Compliance→ Do Not Contact Portal.
Key Functionality:
Portal Users Without Full Access – Grant DNC portal rights to individuals without provisioning full platform permissions.
User Creation / Credentials – Assign email and password for portal login.
User Privileges Configuration – Specify rights for adding, editing, exporting, and removing DNC entries.
Save & Persist Settings – Ensure that new users’ privileges persist and can be managed later.
How to Use This Feature:

Go to More → Settings → Compliance→ Do Not Contact Portal.

Best Practices:
Use strong, unique passwords for DNC portal accounts.
Only grant minimal required permissions (principle of least privilege), for example, only “Add” or “Edit” if export/remove is not necessary.
Periodically audit portal users and disable or remove accounts no longer in use.
Communicate with your compliance or legal team to ensure roles align with your company’s DNC policies.
Troubleshooting:
Cannot add a user / Save User button disabled
→ Confirm all required fields (email and password) are populated and valid.User cannot log in to the portal
→ Verify credentials, and confirm the portal URL is correct and active.User’s permissions too broad or insufficient
→ Edit the user and adjust their privileges (add, edit, export, remove) appropriately.Users persist after removal
→ Ensure Save was clicked after making changes, and check for cached sessions or permissions override.
