When you configure the Lead Manager screen you can make a customized view that is specific to your sales workflow process.  This functionality allows you to pin columns like a Freeze pane in Excel, resize column width, and the order of your lead field columns.  This gives you total control over the view your salespeople and management team will see in the Lead Manager Screen.
