Overview
Bulk and Branch notifications send combined alerts for multiple lead assignments—either to individual users (bulk) or to an entire branch. These are designed for high-volume workflows and to reduce notification noise. Configure them via More → Settings → Setup Lead Routing → Step 3: Activate Notifications.
Key Functionality
Bulk Assigned Lead
Sends a single notification to a user when multiple leads are assigned.Branch Assigned Lead
Alerts branch managers when a lead is assigned to their entire branch.Bulk Branch Assigned Lead
Combines the two above: one notification to branch when many leads are assigned there.Dismissal & Auto-Dismissal Logic
Bulk notifications must be dismissed manually. If not dismissed within 24 hours, they auto-dismiss to allow new ones.Informational Only
These notifications don’t link to specific leads or system areas—they’re purely for awareness.
How to Use This Feature
Navigate to More → Settings → Setup Lead Routing → Step 3: Activate Notifications.
Add or edit a notification to select one of the Bulk / Branch types (Bulk Assigned Lead, Branch Assigned Lead, or Bulk Branch Assigned Lead).
Define which users or roles should receive the notification (user-level or branch-level).
Save your configuration.
Best Practices
Use Bulk / Branch notifications in high-throughput environments to reduce alert fatigue.
Assign these notifications to roles or branches—not overly granular users—to keep them meaningful.
Monitor dismissal behavior: ensure users understand they must dismiss to receive new bulk alerts.
Troubleshooting
Bulk notification not appearing
→ Make sure the user/branch role is eligible and notification is enabled.Notification not dismissed
→ Remind users to manually dismiss; otherwise, the system auto-dismisses after 24 hours.Clicking the notification doesn’t navigate to lead
→ That’s expected: bulk/branch notifications are informational only and do not link to records.
