Leading U.K. real estate vertical RightMove has made improvements to its training resource for agents. The revamped product recommends relevant training for agents depending on their role and allows agents to watch lists for new recruits to monitor performance and development.

The RightMove Hub has been offered to member agents since 2015 and now has more than 18,000 agents who use it to access expert training through videos and live webinars, order new marketing materials and propose new designs for their products.

The hub features a range of training and advice assets, including topical training videos from industry experts. The current most popular one shows agents how to manage the ban on tenant fees from ARLA — the industry body for letting agents.

“We have now carried out a revamp to make it easier for individuals and companies to structure appropriate self-learning,” Miles Shipside, RightMove’s commercial director, said.

“Hopefully the new-look RightMove Hub will assist more agents in getting their teams involved in regular online training sessions, as well as helping businesses differentiate through good practice.”

In July, RightMove started a trial for buyers to make offers and exchange legally binding contracts for commercial property listings digitally, using a buying and selling platform called ClickToPurchase.
