Commercial property agency Singer Vielle is launching a proptech consultancy and application development business.
The service will combine its own expertise and staff with an automated buying platform Clicktopurchase and software company Lucid Ocean to bridge the knowledge gap in an industry that increasingly uses technology.
Singer Vielle was selected by RightMove in July for a six-month trial to allow commercial property buyers to submit offers and exchange contracts digitally. Bidders can send offers through private offers, best offers or via a real-time online auction. This project also uses clicktopurchase.
The company also marketed a property in Mayfair, London for £23 million allowing offers to be made through Blockchain.
“We see poor advice being offered by those outside of our industry and a common misunderstanding by non-property technicians of the property business,” said Neil Singer, head of Singer Vielle and Clicktopurchase.
“We are offering a service where our colleagues in the sector can take comfort in being able to speak with people who talk their language and understand their businesses.”
