Create your account (Sign up + login)

Quick guide to create your Client Discovery account and sign in for the first time.

If your advisor has invited you to Client Discovery, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to create your account.

Once you create your password, you’ll be signed in automatically and taken to the Discovery Tool to get started.

Step 1: Open your invite email

Look for your Client Discovery invitation email in your inbox.


The invite will be sent from Planworth admin@planworth.co.

If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder.

Open the email and click the sign-up link to create your account.

You can also go to app.clientdiscovery.co/invite and enter your details manually.

Step 2: Set your password

After clicking the link in your email, you’ll be taken to the account setup page.

Your email address should already be filled in. Enter your password and continue.

Step 3: Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

After your account is created, you’ll be signed in automatically and taken to the Client Discovery welcome screen.

To continue, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, check the box to confirm your agreement, and click Continue.

Step 4: Start the Discovery Tool

After accepting the terms, you’ll be taken into the Discovery Tool.

This is where you’ll begin entering your information.

Returning later

After your account has been created, you can sign in anytime at:

Use the same email address and password you created during setup.
