There are options to pause or cancel your transaction package. We know that not every transaction runs smoothly and the Client Giant system is set up well for this.

To Pause a Package

Should anything happen during the middle of a transaction and things don't go as planned, you can press pause or cancel at any time. The odds are your buyer is going to find a different property to purchase or your seller will find another buyer. If you press pause and resume at a later time, all the gifts they've already received still make sense and the package touches can pick up right where they left off.

To pause a transaction:

  1. Sign into ClientGiant.com

  2. Click Transactions in the left column

  3. Click the client you wish to pause

  4. Click Pause

To Cancel a Package

If by chance things end completely and you know you will no longer be working with that client anymore, you can click cancel and your account will be credited for all the items that were never sent.

To cancel a package:

  1. Sign into ClientGiant.com.

  2. Click Transactions in the left column.

  3. Click the client you wish to cancel.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel.
