Our concierge team will contact your client(s) on your behalf and share the good news of their luxury dinner with round-trip transportation, a professional service, or a special event.

Once our team solidifies plans with your client, you will then be notified via email with the details of the event. You will also be able to see this information in your Client Giant Dashboard/Portal.

FAQs about the concierge services:

  • Our personal concierge calls your client and introduces themself. They immediately let them know they are calling on YOUR (not Client Giant’s) behalf and extend your generous gift.

  • Initial contact is made by phone call & text.

  • Client Giant is never mentioned.

  • Our team makes arrangements with restaurant management to ensure your clients do not have to worry about a thing, including the bill!

  • Your client's transportation is taken care of with an Uber gift card sent to them via email.

  • Special event examples include: a spa day, sports event, music concert, local fair, or an event your client is interested in.

  • A professional service can either be a house cleaning service for their new home or investment property, or a mobile car wash after a big move.

  • Our team handles payment for special events or professional services so your client doesn't have to worry about a thing!
