How manage split payments with a partner

Splitting the cost for plans and packages is easy and can be done by adding a payment partner in your account settings:

  1. Click on your name at the top right of your screen.

  2. Click on "MY BILLING".

  3. Under "PAYMENT PARTNERS", click on "INVITE A PARTNER".

  4. Invite your partner by entering their email address in the "EMAIL TO INVITE" box, and click "SEND INVITATION".

    1. There are two different areas to pay attention to during this process: allowing the system to automatically accept all future payment requests from this partner and choice of payment method on file.

  5. When checking out you will have the option to choose splitting payments with your partner as a payment method.

If you choose not to turn on automatic acceptance for future split payments, you will have to approve/accept every future split payment with the partner.

To accept a split payment request:

  1. Click on your name at the top right of your screen.

  2. Click on "MY BILLING".

  3. Click on "PAYMENT REQUEST"

  4. Click on "ACCEPT"

To end split payment partnership:

  1. Click on your name at the top right of your screen.

  2. Click on "MY BILLING".

  3. Under "PAYMENT PARTNERS", select the partnership you would like to end.

  4. Click "END PARTNERSHIP" and "CONFIRM"
