Cancelled services, refunds, and credits

Subscriptions/Plans:

Purchasing an annual plan allows us to use the most accurate numbers to procure high-quality gifts from well-known brands, passing along savings to you as a paying member. Each annual plan provides a built-in discount as a mutual benefit. Inventory is planned, negotiated, and often purchased 12-18 months ahead to ensure inventory is locked in for your clients. If you wish to cancel, you have three options:

  1. Make a one-time switch to a different contact for the remainder of the term, prior to the next gifting cycle's cut-off date.

  2. Turn auto-renew off to cancel service upon completion.

  3. Forfeit the remainder of the service. No refunds or credit will be issued.

Packages:

Cancellation of a package may result in a prorated credit if a service is canceled prior to the completion of the service. In the event of a canceled service, a prorated credit will be added to your account. Credit is available to use on new purchases only and will not be applied towards future renewals or services that are charged at a later date, such as (but not limited to) Top of Mind renewals, Birthday Plans, or Home Anniversary Plans. All credits will expire 12 months after the issue date if not used.

Where to find your credit:

  1. Go to MY SETTINGS in the top right corner.

  2. Select BILLING.

  3. Select CREDITS.

  4. You should see how much credit you have available in your account!

How to apply your credits:

To apply a credit toward a purchase, slide the button found on the Payment Details screen to the "On" position during checkout.
