Canceling or Swap a Client Retention Plan

Cancelling a Client Retention plan can be done from your Client Giant Dashboard.

As we see a shift in market conditions, it is more critical than ever to stay in front of your people and show them you care even during times of uncertainty. A strong offense with client care is the one thing you CAN control in a down market. The winners who resurface are the ones who didn’t leave their clients.

We highly recommend continuing retention plans as a way to keep the connections with your people deep and genuine.

Cancelling a Plan:

Cancelling a plan stops the Client Retention Plan and experience entirely. Choosing this option will turn off the auto-renew function and stop additional touches from going out. You also have the option to do a one-time contact swap per annual commitment.

To cancel a plan:
1. Click "MY PLANS" in the left column.
2. Click the client you wish to cancel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "CANCEL".
4. To confirm, click "YES, CANCEL THIS PLAN."

To swap a contact:
1. Click "MY PLANS" in the left column.
2. Click the client you wish to swap.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "CANCEL".
4. Select the "SWAP CONTACT" button.

5. Select the contact you would like to use for the swap or you can also click the "ADD A NEW CONTACT" button on top.

6. Review that all the information is correct.

7. Select the "CONFIRM SWAPPING" button.
