Notifications of what is being sent, if a touch is shipped, delivered, or if the touch never arrived

Our primary way of communicating with our members is through email. We offer text message notifications for Home Anniversary Plans, Birthday Plans, and concierge services for your people.

Our members are notified of the following:

  • New releases of touches and services.

  • Before a touch is shipped with details of the touch.

  • Once a touch is shipped and tracking is updated in the account.

  • When a touch is returned to our facility.

  • Reminders of Concierge Services such as Special Events, Celebratory and Luxury Dinners, and Professional Services for your people.

Client Retention Plans (Constant Care): Top of Mind and Top of Mind Plus+:

  • Each quarter, our team creates a new touch for your clients. We release the items of the gift via email about 2 to 3 weeks before the cut-off date.

  • Members receive email updates of each quarter's cut-off dates and estimated shipping dates.

  • Members will be notified via email within 24 (business) hours of the touch being shipped and tracking updated in the account.

Elevated Retention Plans:

  • Members will receive an email alert three days prior to a touch being sent out to your contact(s). During the three days, members will be able to edit names, addresses, messaging on the card, and processing dates.

  • Members will be notified via email the same day the touch is shipped and tracking has been updated in the account.

Real Estate Packages: Transaction Packages:

  • Members will receive an email alert two days prior to a touch being sent out to your contact(s). During the two days, members will be able to edit names, addresses, messages on the card, and processing dates.

  • Members will be notified via email the same day the touch is shipped and tracking has been updated in the account.

Special Moments: Birthdays and Anniversaries:

  • Members are notified via email 14 days before the special event about the upcoming charge for the special event touch.

  • Members are notified via email the same day the touch is shipped and tracking is updated in the system.

  • Members will be notified via text message on the day of the special event as a reminder.

Situational gifting and Just Because:

  • Members are notified via email of the transaction when the charge is processed at checkout.

  • Members are notified via email when the touch has been completed and shipped with tracking updated in their account.

To view your touch activity on your dashboard:

  • Click on 'Activity' on the left-hand side.

  • You can see all upcoming and completed touches on this screen by clicking on a filter.

Returns:

  • For all returns, members will be notified through email of a returned touch within 48 hours of its arrival at our facility.
